We are honored to share that Blaylock Van was the recipient of two awards: 2025 Healthcare Deal of the Year, and 2025 Deal of the Year for the Navajo Health Foundation – Sage Memorial Hospital financing.
The $80 million bond transaction helped deliver a new state-of-the-art hospital, expanded outpatient clinic, and workforce housing in Ganado, Arizona, directly supporting the Navajo community with improved access to surgery, dialysis, intensive care, labor and delivery, and ongoing care.
This recognition reflects what is possible when purpose and innovation come together. It was not only about financing facilities but also about building sustainable, community-centered healthcare infrastructure where it is needed most.
