The $33,255,000 Series 2024A bonds were tax-exempt securities while the $6,495,000 Series 2024B bonds were federally taxable. The proceeds of the Series 2024A and 2024B Notes were for payment in full, retirement, and cancellation of the Series 2022A and 2022B Bond Anticipation Notes. The Series 2024A and Series 2024B Notes were issued with a final maturity on July 1, 2026.The Series 2024 Bond Anticipation Notes did not carry any rating from any of the rating services.
